With the arrival of March, we naturally start to look ahead towards the brighter months of spring and summer. After the dark winter days, the design world turns its attention to lighter palettes and renewed energy, prompting conversations about how our homes might feel refreshed or even reimagined.

Whether it is a dressing room finished in luxurious de Gournay fabric or a bar that packs a punch, each project excites us and opens new doors for creative exploration.
Bold Bedrooms
Inside this Georgian rectory, interior designer Lyn Goddard of HSi Designs worked with the client to ensure that every room carried its own narrative.
Here, her considered approach to bedroom design evokes a sense of childhood nostalgia, reminiscent of a doll’s house from a fairytale. Striking in colour and thoughtful in design, each space tells a story of its own, enveloping guests in a sense of lavish luxury.
While each room retains its own distinctive character, they are subtly connected through fine joinery, tradition and moments of whim. Catalan Shaker-style wardrobes, hand-painted finishes and twin marble bedside tables integrated into the architecture create a cohesive flow throughout the home.
Our skilled design team and craftsmen created a bespoke headboard surround, specifically dimensioned to create a cocooning effect around the bed, offering comfort to whoever may be staying.
The other has been carefully designed to maximise every inch of eaves space. Where symmetry was a challenge, the low ceiling heights posed obstacles from every angle. The deceptively simple integrated joinery transforms the area, and our fitters’ fine craft is evident in the intricate scribing to the 200-year-old walls and ceiling – designed to appear as though its has always belonged.
Bright & Backlit Bars
Defined by backlit onyx, this bar awakens the space with atmosphere. Designed in collaboration with interior designer Jess Cooper, antique mirror panels and stained walnut cabinetry set the scene for evenings spent unwinding with friends.
Behind its sculptural presence, the design is highly functional, hosting a fully integrated suite of Sub-Zero appliances and wine storage.
Rich & Red Rosso Levanto
In this games room, bespoke wall panelling cushions a custom-built bar finished in a striking red and topped with Rosso Levanto marble, created in collaboration with SGS Design.
Complete with integrated refrigeration and generous storage for glassware and drinks, the space balances bold design with everyday functionality. The result is a room that feels both sophisticated and inviting – a natural setting for entertaining.
Well-turned-out Wine
From a dark, damp and unused cellar to a subterranean sanctuary housing over 2,000 bottles. In partnership with Wine by Design, the space is carefully engineered for optimal storage, with precise temperature control, protecting every investment.
