Designing Bespoke Since 1994
Chamber Furniture began at Warren Court with the aim of providing a bespoke design service where clients could design and create furniture without compromise. Throughout the late ‘90s and early 2000s, a strong reputation for quality and attention to detail was formed; working closely alongside private clients, architects, and interior designers who valued the time and care we brought to the table.
By 2004, the business and its expertise had outgrown its first home, prompting the move to our purpose-built premises on London Road where we are to date. The move was far from impulsive. By then, Scott and Mark had developed a clear understanding of both design and craftsmanship, shaping the new building around the way they wanted Chamber Furniture to work.
Thoughtfully proportioned to realistic dimensions, it was designed to bring the entire creative process together under one roof. The lower level became the workshop, while the upper floor was transformed into the showroom with integrated office space for the design team; creating one environment where ideas could easily transition from the drawing board into manufacture.
Entirely In-House
From the outset, Scott and Mark were determined that design, manufacture and installation should remain in-house. Rather than relying on outside suppliers, they wanted end-to-end oversight of every project and the ability to devise bespoke creations without limitation.
As the business evolved, so did the tools used. 2010 saw the arrival of CNC machinery and advanced design software, expanding our creative possibilities. However, it remained important that technology only enhanced what was already in place: precision, skill, and a profound respect for the material.

Over the years, both our capabilities and our amazing team have grown together.
Today, Chamber Furniture operates two spray booths, with three full-time sprayers and French polishers, and a dedicated team of over forty employees, each playing a vital role in upholding the standards set from the very beginning. With experience and care, our craftsmen have expanded our expertise across the entire home, adding wine rooms, bars, and even gyms to our bespoke portfolio.
We are especially grateful to the clients who believed in Chamber Furniture from the very beginning. Their trust and recommendations helped shaped the business we are today, and many have since become long-standing friends of the company, continuing to champion our work and introduce us to new opportunities.
