Client Testimonials
What Our Clients Say About Chamber Furniture
At the end of every project, we send out a questionnaire to ensure we continue to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. The testimonials below are a selection of the feedback we have received over the years, reflecting the care, craftsmanship and attention to detail behind every Chamber Furniture project.
We have been a customer of Chamber Furniture for many years. We have worked with them in both our old house and our current one. They are highly skilled, personable and the ultimate professionals.
We have had our kitchen for over 10 years now and it still looks brand new. They have also fitted wardrobes, bathrooms a bar and even a gym for us and every time we are blown away with the dedication to detail and the impeccable outcome of every job we have done with them. Scott and his team are always very patient, understanding and you can tell that they care about every project they undertake. I am beyond happy that we found Chamber Furniture 20 years ago.

Gary Mesher and the team at Chamber Furniture did an excellent job of our kitchen / dining room and utility room.
The design and whole experience from start to finish was excellent and we couldn’t have asked for more. We are so pleased that we have asked them to do some further work for us. We cannot talk highly enough of their professionalism and the finished product.

I cannot recommend Chamber Furniture enough.
They've produced two stunning kitchens for me, in fact when we moved to our new home and it needed a new kitchen I was absolutely delighted that it gave me the chance to work with them again. Their designs have always far exceeded my expectations and imagination and provided a show stopping heart to my home. Quality is simply the best and they've stood the test of time in a very busy home. Installation went without hitch and was expertly managed, no request was too much trouble. Thank you Chambers!

The quality of the bespoke cabinetry and attention to detail is second to none.
I was recommended to Chamber Furniture by a friend. My husband and I went to the showroom to be greeted by James, who became our kitchen designer. We were immediately impressed by his ideas, carefully listening to our own ideas and incorporating them into the final design. The project ran smoothly and James was always on hand should we need him. Everyone who worked on this project was professional and polite including the builders, decorators and electricians. I cannot speak highly enough of the Chamber Furniture cabinet makers and installers. The quality of the furniture was superb. They were always happy to make changes if required and their attention to detail was excellent. My kitchen looks beautiful and I could not recommend this company more highly.

We have already worked on three projects professionally with Gary and the rest of the Chamber team, so we know exactly what we were getting for our money when it came to our own home. From the initial concept meeting right until the final piece of protection is removed from the last appliance the service and workmanship is extemporary. Carefully guiding us through the process and drawing on their wealth of knowledge to help us realise our vision of a new kitchen. The quality of the bespoke cabinetry and attention to detail is second to none. Our fitters Joe and Harry not only took great care, skill and expertise in fitting our beautiful kitchen but were a pleasure to welcome into our home while the works were carried out. We are delighted with the finished product which exceeds our expectations and cannot recommend Chamber Furniture highly enough.

Stand-out ! Excellent workmanship, design, creativity and customer service.
Excellent customer service before during and after. Gary was excellent. We knew what we wanted from our bedroom furniture in terms of finish and a “wow” factor, but not being design orientated or particularly creative it was hard for us to articulate. Throughout we felt a priority customer any questions or queries were handled promptly. After service was also excellent to address “snags” and final fixes. Gary listened to us, understood our style, requirements and worked up some great ideas and design from which we were collectively able to refine to create something unique and bespoke to us and our taste. Our initial brief was to replace the cupboards in the existing walk-in wardrobe and maximise available space. What Gary came up with was fantastic, it addressed the initial brief but also incorporated some other great features. By re organising the room Gary incorporated two separate dressing areas for my wife and I and an amazing shoe cupboard for my wife’s ever growing collection!

Order with confidence.
They interpret your ideas and build exactly what you visualise. Storage for suitcases does not sound vaguely exciting but they managed to fit the floor to ceiling (3.5M) cupboards in our living space and produce the wow factor! Excellent quality, beautifully fitted doors.

Can't recommend highly enough.
Excellent customer service from start to finish. Chambers presented us with four different options for the layout of our kitchen, which was three more than any other kitchen company we had consulted! The process of developing the design and choosing finishes, appliances, etc was well-informed and really enjoyable. It really ticked all the boxes as far as expertise, style and quality of end product were concerned. All of the workmen involved in the installation were professional and great to deal with. The materials used are high quality and the construction manages to be both solid and stylish. Extra touches, such as electric opening cupboard doors and interior cupboard lighting, mean our kitchen is a real pleasure to live with and use.

Excellent Project Management throughout.
We could not have been more pleased with Barry and his team. Right from the outset, when we needed to talk through some early design ideas of our own, to the after sales service to sort out problems largely of our making-Chambers have been highly professional. There is not only creative flair at the outset but also excellent project management throughout and a culture of minimising hassle for the customer before and after installation. It all went seamlessly, on time and on Budget. Brilliant! Looks very good and we are very pleased with the end result. Odd issues after installation have been sorted very quickly and free of charge.

Outstanding customer service and exceptionally high quality product.
The customer service was excellent from start to finish. They instantly understood the vision of the kitchen and units we wanted to create and transformed it into reality. They took care of everything from design through to installation working well with all of the builders and making the process for us as simple and seamless as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone and look forward to finding another project to work with them on. Outstanding, high quality finished product that exceeded our expectations. Couldn’t fault the product in any way.

Design, quality, service and aftercare are all 5 star!
Fantastic ideas for leading edge kitchen design, beautifully handmade and installed by a great team. After care is faultless too and nothing is too much of a problem. A fantastic British company that can deliver truly bespoke kitchens and furniture. Having used a lot of kitchen companies definitely the best finished product and quality we have ever seen.

Amazing attention to detail and creative vision
They incorporated our old uneven wall within the larder cupboard, so the cupboard was shallower at one side; the result was very clever and streamlined. The door fronts were created at Chamber, using images we supplied; it meant our ‘finish’ was unique. The huge sink, with ramp and quooker tap look very stylish. The overall appearance is contemporary and uncluttered – exactly what we were hoping for. If we ever move house, we would definitely use Chamber Furniture again, Matthew is a very skilled designer, efficient and creative. Thanks again, we are thrilled Beautifully made and unique, well designed with every detail considered, great after sales service – we couldn’t always work our new gadgets! Good value too.

Always a pleasure to work with Chamber Furniture.
This London project included a beautiful metal-look kitchen with smoked mirror splash-back, bespoke dining table, study joinery and floating bathroom and bedroom cabinets and dressing tables. The service was impeccable and nothing was too much trouble. Most importantly our client was delighted with the finished project. Chamber Furniture provides a genuinely bespoke service, no ‘standard’ cabinets being adapted to fit a client’s design and no compromises. Everything they make is built to the projects specific design. It is always executed with attention to detail and care.
